Getting Started

1st & 10 is our partnered program with the Bo Jackson Elite Sports Complex in Lockport, Il. It is the perfect opportunity for new football players to learn the basic fundamentals of football in a controlled and safe environment.

• Learn the importance of discipline and structure in a team environment

• Practice the proper stances of common football positions

• Develop a general understanding of positions and their unique responsibilities

• Repetition of position specific drills that directly correlate with game time situations​

• Each player will receive a Nike Dri-Fit T-shirt
