Graduate of Bolingbrook High School (Bolingbrook, IL), Todd Howard attended the University of Michigan where he studied Sports Marketing and currently holds the all-time Passes Defensed record.

Following college, Todd spent time professionally with the St. Louis Rams, Miami Dolphins and Chicago Rush.

After finishing a decorated playing career, Todd began his coaching career at his alma mater (Bolingbrook High School), where he coached for 12 years, serving as the defensive backs coach and defensive coordinator. After Bolingbrook, Coach Howard served 4 years as Defensive Coordinator at St Francis (Wheaton), helping to turn around a 1-8 Spartans to a Quarterfinalist and back-to-back conference champs.

In 2012, Coach Howard founded T.N.C. University, with the mission of encouraging student-athletes to compete with themselves on a daily basis, while implementing skill sets and techniques he learned along with his diverse playing career. As an undersized defensive back himself, Coach Howard understood the importance of maximizing his own potential.

Since then, T.N.C. University has grown immensely.

Coaching kids all across the country, T.N.C. University provides a collective and inclusive environment while encouraging student-athletes to pursue their personal best. Emphasizing the idea that success is not a destination but a journey, allow T.N.C. University to get your game going in the right direction.
